Chem D Question?

I'm currently growing some Chem D (gorgeous plant, wish I had a camera) right now, along with some other strains. Chem D is supposed to be around a 70 day flowering strain; however, I'm on Day 34 right now and this girl's got quite a lot more red hairs then my earlier finishing strains (ie Querkle, UK Cheese, Blueberry, etc.) This is obviously my first time growing Chem D, and I was wondering if this fairly normal? :bigjoint:

awesome avatar! I've just started some chem valley( chemD/ sfv o.g.)...I'm not gonna' say you should, but I let plants go longer..it's like I've heard- if it looks ready wait another week or 2...the best method for getting the right high though, is to ignore the hairs and watch the trichomes with a $12 microscope from radio shack...just don't get lost in the trich' forest!

It's the Sierra Wave.
Yeah, agreed. I'm growing some 91 Chem with it and they don't have any red hairs, so I just thought it was kind of odd.
Chem Valley sounds amazing! Those are two of the best strains around...it's probably covered with trichs!
