Strain: CheeseDog from Conoisseur Genetics
Growth/Structure: Very bushy with lots of tops. Fairly dense, but not rock hard.
Nutes: 100% organically grown. Super-soil-type soiless mix. Fed only compost tea.
Yield: I had 4 females, and all 4 were right around the 1 and a half oz. each. My test/seed runs are not set-up for yield, so usually the clones ran in my production set-up yield much more than the seed runs.
Bag Appeal: Nice light color and shiney. Very good look IMO.
Smell: It has a definite cheesey smell off the top, with a chem dog funk in there too.
Taste: Again, a cheesey start , with the chem-dog funk coming in the bottom end, more so in the taste than the smell. Very nice tasting herb.
High Type: Unfortunately, for me, this strain is very sleepy. If you have sleep issues, this is a good one for you. Don't smoke this and expect to get alot done.
This strain seems to be very stable. All 4 phenos (out of 6 seeds) were very similar in all respects. Slight variances in the yield, but the taste ,smell and high were almost identical. I will be growing it again, as I have 3 packs now that I got a couple as lucky dips, so I'll be running a larger run next time, and pull a good keeper mom out and keep it. It's worth keeping for sure!!
