The same people that uphold the stereotype of "Stoners" are the ones that are going to kill any hope of full legalization with STUPID shit like "Jerking off" and trying to blame Alcohol.
We need to further the virtues of medical marijuana and its benefits, not saying that "If the kids are older than 7 then its fine."

Quite a bad way to present yourself on the issue, but a poor choice to interview also, cmon they're70year old burnouts who made their whole careers based on the stoner stereotype

I don't think it really matters. lets say prop 19 passes (which it most likely wont) the federal government will shoot it down just how it did with the Arizona when they passed there immigration bill.

But in all honesty i doubt Cheech and Chong want the bill to pass. They said it themselves, its already legal in California anyone in California knows the entire medical marijuana industry is a complete fucking joke. I would say about 1% are actually real medical patients like myself, the rest are just recreational smokers.

the law should read like this:

Weed is legal to grow,possess,sell and use over the age of 18.

but it needs to be left int he hands of people that are actually using it medicinally not as a recreation drug as C&C are, or they portray themselves as recreational stoners. Bad choice of examples to have on an interview unless you wanted to show a negative side of the movement, which it is FOX so maybe.
