Checklist of items

Hey Rollitup,

I'm in the final stages after a lot of planning/budgeting for a 2x2 and I am decided on the CLU048 1212's @ 3500K powered by a HLG-120H-C1050B passively cooled by pin heatsinks.

Just want someone if possible to help go over what I have written down and am needing to buy to make sure I haven't missed out on anything. I've been told because it's only for a 2x2 I don't really need to worry about reflectors.

What I have on my to buy list:

1x HLG-120H-C1050B
4x Citizen CLU048 1212's
4x Ideal holders
4x Φ120mm Pin heatsinks
4x Thermal pads
1x 3M of Aluminium Angle bar
1x Roll of 18AWG Soild Core Wire
1x 3 Pin Plug
1x 100kΩ potentiometer
1x 10kΩ resistor
All necessary screws
Pop rivets to assemble the aluminium together.

Have I missed anything? Thanks for helping in advance.

Wago connecters if you plan on using them and junction box to keep it all tidy?

Maybe more powerfull driver to get some more light? Seems you got the basics to get a light going.

Bigger gauge wire for plug, light hanging kit, and case for potentiometer, solder kit

Ah the Wago's knew there was something I was missing. I'll grab a few of them and a junction box.

This set up should land me in the 800 ppfd range and 15 par watts a square foot at full power which should do my 2x2 nicely enough. I don't feel like I really need more power for the extra it'll cost me.

Just make sure that 2x2 has good circulation. Get those plants waving.

Passive intake from exhaust fan pulling new air in and a 180mm clamp fan on the inside circulating that air around should do the job.
