One last thing, you may want to get a fan to lower temp. and strengthen the stems. Your setup looks good for now though

You already put nutes in which you probably shouldn't have (depending on your soil and even then it would be just a pinch) but since you did you'll just have to go with it. Just don't put any mroe in until they get older ... a lot depends on what you do for a future setup because with bigger lights you can use more nutes, smaller lights, less, because the plant is not growing at the same rate etc.
Hydroponics stores, online ... I can get a complete 600 watt HPS kit (light, reflector, ballast) here (Canada) for under $300 - 400 watt, $250 - the 1000 watt where I get mine isn't much different than the 600s so I go for them.
