I wouldn't say the best, but they work great. the hoods are a joke tho. I do run 3-600w Apollo systems, but I swapped out the xxl cool tube hoods for Big Kahuna hoods. and im done with the Apollo bulbs and running ushio bulbs (just waiting for this flower round to finish to make my swap.

been running the Apollo ballasts for 16 months and no issues. knock on wood.

I run 2 Apollos and have had no problems, but yea it's the best selling because they are cheap, you know people are cheap these days.
