no don't do that i did a simular thing with takeaway tubs on my cffls, and it burned the shit out of my plant, acts like tinfoil and causes hotspots..
Thats a pretty good idea, just paint the inside of that flat white and youre good to go!

its not a aluminum baking pan. its two plastic storage containers, cut up with some extra plastic in the corners i heated it over the oven to make it bend outwards like a reflector. i lined it with aluminum tape its pretty tuff stuff then i wraped the out side with duct tape. i glued the second smaller container to the top and drilled the holes for the light sockets i got at the hardware store for 2 buck. they snap rite in nice and tight, hung ity with some hardware. it was cheap and it is real sturdy,and pretty bright.

Did you ever take my advice and paint it flat white? It should be a lot better for your plants, and is really easy to do.

nah, just get some pliwood and goto the plumbing section of home depot, they have reflecting tape that's a lot more reflective than tin foil called flex fix(you can see your face in it!) the picture i have posted above was before i found the tape
