Ok so i got busted growing, and to get my record wiped i went into this thing called drug court. Anyways ive been in a year and im going to be getting in trouble tommorow because i missed a drug test. Then i found out that back in march the judge who runs drug court got arrested for DUI. He was pulled over at 1 am after an officer saw him swerving and riving wrecklessly. He refused a field sobriety test and the breathalyzer. The cop said he smelled alcohol on him. First off what is a 65 yr old man doing at 1 am swerving. Then if he wasnt drunk then why would he refuse the breathalyzer?
So they let him continue working in drug court while the case was pending. They ended up charging him with wreckless driving lol. God how fucking corrupt. I cant believe no one was enraged by this when it happened. No one does anything.
So now i gotta listen to him tell me not to do drugs and then put in jail for a week.

I know, well tomorrow if they try to over punish me, im going to reject myself from the program and tell the judge " I dont need to listen to a hypocrite corrupt judge."

Ask him if he is a hypocrite.When he says no,ask for the same leniency he was given.

see i cant say that to him if im in the program still cause he would lock me up. I have no rights till im done with this. They can do what they want. So i would have to first reject myself then say it to him.

I would say something to him, personally. I'm not saying i recommend that approach, but i would do it, as reckless as i can be with my free speech sometimes.

lol they tryed to give me 3 weeks in jail and 5 more months of drug court. lawyer got me out in a week but i still have 5 more months.

just got out yesterday. Feel like i have no rights or freedom.
