Looking ok, but I would get those bulbs much closer to the tops of the shorter plants if you can. I didn't count, but it looks like around a dozen plants you have in there. If that's the case, you'll need 10 times the lighting you currently have to flower them all.

Agreed.
Get them closer, and if you can't spread them out more, be sure to rotate pots so that the same ones aren't always the ones directly below the lights.
Also, turning the side of the bulb towards the plant will give you more than from the end.
