Check out my first grow!!!

Hello,

I am just starting this thread because I have not yet been able to figure out how to start a journal. So for the time being this is my journal.

I got my plants in their pots about 6 days ago.

Here is a general list of my set up

1 4x4x7 grow tent.
2 150 watt sun system HPS light/ballast/hood
2 clones. 1 is dutch treat and the other is blue dream (I chose these strains because supposedly they are easy for first time growers.)
1 6 inch powerful industrial fan(It looks like its from the 50s or some shit. made entirely out of metal and puts out a strong amount of wind power for how small it is also super ghetto looking.)
I am giving them 18 hours of light a day.
I do not yet have my temperature/humidity gauge but I will keep this thread updated with pics of plants and new gear.

I have not yet chosen my nutrient. I know that I need to start giving them nutrient soon and that is what I will be doing tomorrow since tomorrow I get paid. I think that I am going to go with sensi grow/bloom. I am not sure yet. Only tomorrow will tell.

I still need to buy a few things please my suggestions about things you think I should get as well as things you think I should doing. Just keep in mind that Im growing on a bit of a budget I only like to spend about 100-150 a week on shit that I need.

Here are some pics that I took as of yesterday. Sorry about the quality for some reason it had a hard time with all the light and made them look strange.

The one on the left is the dutch treat and the one on the right is the blue dream. I will have better pix of the plants up later.

I had two 150W hps over 6 plants. The buds were pathetic little skinny things. I had good air circulation, toped them twice, but only got like 80 grams. Got me high, but had to take big bong hits.Get some experience with this grow and move on to 600W adjustable digital ballast with MH and HPS auto detection.I got a great kit with vented hood, two bulbs, hanging equipment and digital ballast for 250$ on amazon. I started my seedlings under fluorescent lights for about one week.Now I put them under a 600W MH at 50% I'm guessing at least one week, after second week I will switch up to 75%, after the third I will go full power on MH for one month. After that it's HPS at 100% for 7 to 9 weeks. I'm hoping to get between 200 and 300 grams.

Yea I am about to order a 400 watt set up tomorrow its only 120 not the same kind of set up the ballast is separate from the hood/light though which I dont really like but its a deal for the wattage

I never tried with a 400 but it's got to be at least 3X better than a 150W.
