Right now with all of the customs bullshit, I dont think "cheap" is what u should be looking for. STEALTH should be priority # 1!

If you've ever ordered seeds from reputable places, you'd find that prices pretty much fluctuate, with no clear winner on overall prices. People will say Herbies cost more, and I will find several strains that are cheaper on Herbies than Tude, SoS, etc. So no cheap banks, just gotta shop several if you are really concerned about bargains.

Don't forget the extras like shipping costs, VAT, etc.
