Cheaper molasses better for your plants?

i just switched over to 12/12. last visit to the hydro store, and i was enticed to buy some bud candy. i hear using molasass is pretty much its equivelent, and much much cheaper, so i picked up some bher rabbit as well.
I have only watered once, but they didnt keel over yet! lol...
and, from what i have read, the brand makes no difference whatsoever, as long as its unsulphered.

I will post pics in a week about the progress. I am doing brer rabbit this grow hoping for good results. Not worried seems like good stuff
