Cheap way 2 grow?

Does any1 know a cheap way 2 grow green? I've never grown before so am really lost on this one, can anyone help me?

BASIC INFORMATION
Compact fluorescents are close relatives of the 4ft tube fluorescents, commonly used in shops and schools for their white, soft light that does not cast any defined shadows. These lights are long tubes, usually 4ft long, filled with a gas that releases a photon of light when excited by electricity. The electricity is passed through the tube from the metal sections at either end, thus exciting the gas within and releasing photons of light. These lights must have a 'starter' which gets the light going initially, unlike incandescent which can just be turned on and off without one. Regular fluorescents usually emit 18w of light per tube, and cannot be plugged straight into a wall socket.

Oh, well am trying 2 grow outside if possible. Pluse I figure it would be cheaper.

lol stick a seed in the ground its WEED any where will due but look for a good spot stealthy and maybe dig up tthe soil and use some fox farm

AFTER you ingest that, post some pics, or tell us yer room size, and we'll help ya' but to tell you EVERYTHING, would, a. take too long, b. everyone's growroom is different! c. wqay too much typing.
If by chance you has a specific question (like what size wattage or how many bulbs?) things of this nature, then we can better help ya' but please read what I'd suggested. I ain't tryiong to blow ya' off, but, there's so much basic stuff you should know BEFORE posting a 'for help' sign here.

ummm he is outdoors. and never grow in your yard !! but weed is so easy to grow lol i have a harder time with trees lamo 3 died this year

Also, don't grow near big trees because they shade out the light and steal all the nutrients/water from the soil. Try a training method (lst, topping, scrog) to keep neighbors from reccognising them, or stick tomatoes on them
