Cheap Smell Masking Device from things I had around the house

"Covering" the smell is retarded. You honestly think that pinesol will "cover" the smell, no its just gonna smell like pinesol AND weed. Stop being CHEAP, and get a carbon filter. The money you will be spending on getting yourself out of trouble later(jail) bc of you "covered" the smell will be alot more than to just buy a CARBON FILTER.

While I agree a carbon filter is a must - another option I used when I grew was Peppermint oil extract. Carbon filters are great, but smells will leak out at any chance they get. Get a small wax pot (or a liquid potpourri heater) and a bottle of peppermint oil. Mix the oil with water and add. A lil oil will go a LONG way, (2 or three drops in a bathtub filled with hot water will leave the entire bathroom smelling of peppermints for hours) and the more oil you add to this mix the stronger and longer the smell will linger. As I said - carbon filter is a must have (and if you have a decent pull from it, no air from your grow room should ever escape except from the extraction fan w/ carbon filter) but for those times when having the fan on is bothersome (my ears pop easily so mine was cut off when I was in my room) this option works wonders. (also, fill a cotton ball with mint oil and add to a jar of your stash for a soothing sore throat smoke).
