cheap 4x4 tray? "Tub"

I dont or cant pay $$$ for a 4x4 flood table.
Can I get some D.I.Y walmart thingy and cut into a 4x4 flood table?

Also I thought about crafting from PVC and PVC angles a raised platform for drain and storage under the table.

Id like to make this!

If you can get by with a 3x3 it so sweet. go the homo depot or the like and pickup a washing machine over flow pan there like 20bucks then get aflood drain kit at any hydro/grow shop about 12 buck, and finally a rubbermaid tote of atleast 17 gallons and your good to go just add pump water and plants BANG

not to hijack my own thread but do any of these devices have lids?
Im building a cloner (A very large one) not ice chest size, big big big for a collective of people.

you can get the lagest roughneck tote which is like 42"x 20" x 18 tall and put almost 100 1'1/2 neoprene inserts in it. is that big enough???
