since i have everyone's attention..that Latino Miami cop who killed his wife by locking her in the back of his squad suv? quietly retired after he murdered her..that's how they protect their own..the wife of a bazillion years and mother of his children.

pension is a hard thing to give up- they're ruthless about it protecting at any cost.

[righties]Yeah but he wasn't really a good person and he had some health conditions that made him die more easily and everyone knows it's not murder if you kill someone that dies more easily than someone else.[/righties]
i totally get that; so often they try not to blame their ill health or past addictions; everyone should be able to support four adult officers kneeling on their back without exemption.

i think the dispatcher gave out 5 calls when she asked someone if the screen was frozen.

And what do you think the odds are that at least one juror doesn't already plan to acquit ?

It's sick
they're going to have to look the 5 black people on the jury in the face first- 3 of which are black men..do it..i fvcking dare them to try it..i'm just trying to focus in on how quickly they'll be back.

the stumbling block won't be guilt, it will be degree.

i need to see the jury.

what's really sad and disturbing, is Floyd was already clearly deceased, had lost his bladder (long stream that Officer Yo was standing in front of) and there was that pink/white foam around his mouth from lack of oxygen- smothered to death..not even knowing the guy was dead.

kudos to the guy who kept calling them a bum and how he was enjoying it because you know he was.

all those witnesses and everyone was powerless to do anything because they are cops; da peoples knows what happens when we veers from da paffs.

You are a sad representation of a human...
Hard to tell. If you understood the tags, then I'd say the same of yourself. If you missed the tags, then I'd agree.

Which, the people I'm mocking, or myself because

For the defense, character assassination is the only option, never mind that they'd be applying after-the-fact information in hindsight, which doesn't affect the encounter at all, imo, and of course they'd want a trial by jury for that reason, because bringing morons into the equation is Chauvin's only possible out. But, with all the charges on the table, I've got to think he won't be able to escape manslaughter.

it's what defense opened with and waiting for some kind of bomshell for them to identify with dispatch at the end of her question it's like they were building up..schuylaar was waiting for it..then blue balls..nothing totally weak..damn that hurts (the balls).

i'm going with M2 bystanders were imploring him to get off his neck; he had clearly died- the pink froth, the urine stream he was dead as a door nail and Chauvin still kept kneeling ON A CORPSE. when you have someone in custody YOU are in charge of his well being and life.

that's one sick fvcker and should never work in public service again..he'll be taken care of in jail..he won't get life unless the gangs get to him first..he can go to solitary but there's always places. most cops don't go to jail but when they do, they don't often leave. if it was life he'd pull an Epstein but M2 doesn't carry life.

look at Drew Peterson, I can't believe he's still alive- a baby killer cop..but he's had trouble..they're after his ass because he's in undisclosed now.

Where is Drew Peterson right now?
On February 21, 2017, he was transferred from Illinois Department of Corrections custody to the United States Penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana. In December 2019, Peterson was transferred to an undisclosed out of state facility.

hell..we know where Ted and El Chapo are but not Drew:lol:

History does support pessimism, but I think there's no way he escapes second degree manslaughter.

609.205 MANSLAUGHTER IN THE SECOND DEGREE.
A person who causes the death of another by any of the following means is guilty of manslaughter in the second degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than ten years or to payment of a fine of not more than $20,000, or both:

(1) by the person's culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another; or...
(continues with other things that don't apply)
And he'll get the max sentence of ten years.
