ok...i currently have my plants on 18-6...with them being off at midnight back on at 6 a.m.....my ? is i wanna know if i can change the timing on my lights. staying off from noon til 6?...or will this stress'em out?...Thanks
No, no stress go ahead and change them, I have 23 in veg and I never stressed any from switching the time. I just set the time like I wanted and thats it.
