I do the 16 hours while it's day and while i sleep i have the lights off, that way i can always have my window open in my room all the time for fresh Co2. The way this place is set up i get a nice cooling breeze that doesn't affect my hummidty, but lowers my temp to 70-72.

umm...hence why i said i like to have the closet door open ALL the time...i know we produce enough for the plant to thrive just that little extra.

If you research plant genetics you will realize that most of this is speculation. Your plant is pre-determined to be male or female by the genes in the seed. This is also why you always get females by taking clones from female plants. They keep their genetics.

Stress factors along the line may make a herm but will not change the sex either way.

Unless there are very specific exceptions to this and marijuana falls in to that category, light schedule will not influence the sex of your plant

Dont believe someone's stats unless they have done a scientific experiement with at least 50 control and 50 experimental specimens. To date I havent seen anything close to this

Hi! I am new to conversing this way, but here goes.... I am confused and have been getting different msgs. on the ability to effect a change in gender. One sourse says high N and cooler temp w/humidity can sway seedlings into turning out Fem. Another says topping the plant will 'morph' it into a Fem. w/the tops turning fem also. The guy at the local hydro store says neither is correct. Any takers?

Oh well, I give up...i only put what i read on here. Some info is books some is experts. Maybe High Times is lying to us.
