Changing light intensity at the end of flower?

I just had a random thought and wondered what if you reduced light intensity at the end of flower. If say you run a 600w in flower and changed it out to a 400w maybe last 2 weeks or so of flower how would it affect the plants. Would it simulate fall/winter better or would it just completely fuck up your yield all together? Like I said just a random thought.

not a good idea . will lose yield . and this is when they get to be sexy . what I do suggest for you . last 7 days of flower if you can use a 7000 k and up in color temp or a 10k finishing bulb . these bulbs do help to bring out quality . you will notice at the very end of harvest the just keep getting more and more sugar resins . lower power levels and your cheating your self .
