Hi There. I am trying to cut down PG&E costs and I was told I am paying a much higher rate by running my lights in the day time. I want to start running them at night. Is it better to leave them on an extra 12 hours or off an extra 12 hours to get the lights on the right cycle? Will it have adverse effects on the ladies? I don't want a bunch of hermies. Thanks for your help!
