The War of Terror was a demonstration of your complete incapacity to fight an enemy on a non-traditional battlefield.
The fight against ISIS demonstrates this today too.

I am not proclaiming victory. You still dont seem to understand the difference between the military and politics.
If you say 'Go take that hill' the US military can do that.
If you say 'Go make people like us and build schools' the US military can build the school but it is not a force of social justice, it exists to kill people and break things.
And as a force that kills people and breaks things, it is supreme.
