i'm on the champagne. looks like fun to me.
Thanks for stopping by.
I am on the Champagne too! I just smoked some and I can barley keep my eyes open. Either that, or it was staying up till 5:00AM harvesting the last three girls... Still, I'm baked as ever! Sticky icky icky. Organic with a 7 day flush, burns smooth, hits smooth (3 day fast dry with no cure and it is still really smooth.. ) :hump:

It's not me its my super expensive camera, plus a little bit know how and a lot of shots to narrow down from.. Tried to take some good photos along the way. I have a couple more of the Champagne I took along with that last one I might leak with the smoke/harvest report...

:blsmoke:
Any details on that camera? I take it's not a Kodak M763...:spew:
Sign me up for some photo lessons there bro. Amazing.

Thanks my dude! Lets just say the camera is worth more than the crop... :hump:
Here is another of the Champagne the night she got chopped down:

I'm guessing yield is over 4oz for the 4 plants, but will know the exact weights later today :weed:
Remember the yield is a bit lop sided as these plants were almost dead when I got them, and it is my first "real" grow/harvest.. (Finally got all the equipment)
These were also only under a 250 HPS until maybe 2 weeks into flowering when I added an extra 180w of positionable CFLs.

Harvest report soon, smoke report to follow...

Harvest/Smoke Report

The Champagne Plants Yielded 1oz each of dense, sticky, red haired, crystal covered buds. They were 18" when harvested 8-10 days early due to mildew.
The smoke has dried and cured for 1 week and is starting to become smooth and sweet. The buds almost smell like sweet desert champagne and hit hard yet leave you able to function (thanks sativa).

The Purple Kush runt was 17" in a 1.5gal pot and yielded 1/2 oz of some primo, yet early picked to avoid mildew, bud. Smoke is less flavorful then champagne due to quick drying and early harvesting.

Since I mentioned the Top 44 and Northern lights in the thread, I'll keep it going for that grow too. They were moved into the same flowering chamber when the Champagne was taken out and chopped down bongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie

The Top 44 and Northern Lights is my first real grow from seed [well actually my fifth grow from seed, but my first grow in flowering from seed due to various reasons] (My Champagne grow was from clone)

The T44 and NL plants are now 44" tall! That's over 4.5feet tall with the pots! Four of the 7 plants were females, and I seperated the best males, keep them going and collected their pollen for each strain!

Three of the four females have been flowering now for over 15 days, and the Top 44 will be ready in 28 days or less! The fourth really tall female was killed due to lack of space, and it's tall lanky growth with spaced internodes (sativa looking pheno)..

I believe that these 3 plants (2 T44 1 NL) will yield as much as my 5 plants (4 Champagne 1 Purple Ku) did last grow. They already fill the same width of space, and take up an additional 22" of height!!! Having less plants also allows more light to penetrate the canopy and more airflow in the space...

So in your opinion do you think the greenpads(co2) are worthy the money.
I think they are. But, I haven't harvested a crop without them either. When I did the math, the yield's value covered all my costs, and almost all of my equipment investment as well. I feel that the Co2 GreenPads helped speed the grow drastically, and will help me get an extra crop in this year if I can continue going back to back - having my veg plants ready to flower as soon as I harvest.
I believe in adding Co2 so much, I even added 1 Pad to the seedlings space that just sprouted to make their environment a bit better, I have the Co2 pads in my NEW veg closet and have them in my flowering chamber 24/7-365.

From what I've read, in addition to cutting 1-2 weeks off, Co2 enrichment can also double to triple eventual yields.
I'd say that is worth it, but once I have the money, I will stop generating Co2 and use captured Co2 to reduce my impact on the environment. I am saving money for the Co2 tank and regulator already. :weed:

Ay thanks my dude! If I could take a photo through my 50x jewlers loupe of the tricomes I would.. It def came out frosty, more so than the medical I've bought locally too.

No tell, no smell, no sell - grow your own medicine.

Just picked up a new grow tent.
clones.jpg

Using it for veg, but it's large enough to flower two 42" monster plants(11" for pots and 18" for lights) or four dense 24" plants. It is 2'7" x 2'7" x 5'11" tall. I don't know why the height is a problem for people, I might even put in a shelf so I can do seedlings at the bottom!! bongsmilie
Currently have 180w of CFLs over 6 clones inside (adding light as needed), but I measured the light and it came out to 1058 lumens/sq foot, so that is plenty for their stage of growth.. This is probably due to the 97% light efficiency inside the tent. I will probably have room to veg all six plants to 18" before I transplant them and split the crop for flowering.

Ambient temps in the room are 76F, and it is 79F 2" below the bulbs inside the tent. Exhausting the tent with 2 computer fans to reduce noise overall. It is a whisper closet!

Easy to assemble and disassemble for sure, actually ripped some strawberry cough  and put it together in another room before realizing it didn't fit through the door. :cuss: Had it back together within 15min in the right room. Easy as rolling a j!
:blsmoke:

You don't even have to open the tent until it's time to water or raise the lights. Talk about covert, "Whats that box in your bedroom?" - "Oh, expandable wardrobe.. You know these tiny closets..."

Pretty slick, if I knew it was this easy I would have got one in the first place instead of improvising my veg space this whole time.. :peace:

New clone strains in the veg tent are:
707 Headband, Headband, Green Crack, Matanuskan Thunderfuck, and Purple Extreme!

Thanks my dude; I was stoked to get all of them! The Headband is some of my personal favorite medicine. It works really well for me during the day.. Plan on keeping the bushier of the two headband clones for a mother plant and the bushier of the two Matanuskan Thunderfuck for a mother as well.. Should be interesting!

In the flowering room the Top 44 is already EXPLODING with bud sites and the Northern lights isn't far behind.. I have to keep raising the lights every day, they're at 40" right now not counting the pots! Photo update on them soon...

thats some nice strains u picked up im tryin to get a cut of green crack hopefully my friend comes through:eyesmoke:

The tent sounds like a clever idea. How do you power those pc fans? I've got some but they are all 12v I think.

They came from the hydro store and actually have the wall plugin on the end already. If you go to radio shack and tell them that you want to run a pc fan off a wall socket and need an adapter they should be able to help you. I used to use a train-set power converter for a similar purpose, and they should have adapter boxes that'll work..
