CFL's vs 250 or 400w HPS..?

Good Buy. Looks like it's Meant for flowering, BUT! if you you use the cfls you already have for supplement lighting you'll be Golden.

Now the question is, do you want to keep all your cfls... Or get rid of all the reds and keep blue and led.. Or go 100% LED and get rid of all your cfls...

You might not have the answer for the last one, intill you bust a couple of crops with the light. Intill then.. Lets grow some Pot

get a better intake and exhaust fan setup.

i have a 135w blackstar in a very similar tent.. 36x20x63. for your application i think leds would work. mine is in a big empty loft that gets really hot in the summer and really cold in the winter. the led i have grew two plants somewhat nicely but once they get big the lower leaves get no light and die off since the tent gets so cramped. id recommend the led up top with supplemental lighting on the underside of the plants. I'm going to use that set up for one more grow hopefully before the first frost. after that i might have to switch to the 400w hid for the winter because i will need all the heat i can to keep the plants from freezing.
