Whichever the biggest one is, I think its 250w . . . they are like 16 bucks each . . . I would use 1 pp get the socket to plug adapter thingy in hardware and attach them to some power strips and 3M tape it to the wall or w/e your growing in . . . good luck!

get a lot of the daylight ones for veg. they contain more of that delicious blue spectrum the plant needs during veg. i got the 23 watt (about 6-7 bucks) i'd also suggest getting some of the really bright ones. the biggest ones i found at hardware stores around where i live was the 43 watt cfls (about 8 bucks).

You are going to need at least six 42 watt(actual wattage not equivalent wattage) bulbs, eight is better. You'll need 6500k for the veg phase and 2700k for flowering. If you go to the indoor section of the site there is a sub-section just for cfl's , you should find plenty of info there:peace:

Just get a mixed/balanced spectrum for the entire grow. Don't be fooled by "complete" spectrum lamps. You need to get both cool white and warm white bulbs..... as much wattage as you can keep cool.

I use CFLs for my complete grow , I have 9 63w 6500k lumens for vegging $16.95 each these are a nice blue spectrum and 9 43w 2700k lumens for flowering $8.44 each these are red spectrum. This set up works great for me .
