CFL stelath box temps

Hello, I was just wondering what type of temps CFL's put out. Obviously the size of the box as well as the number and size/type of bulbs will dictate these numbers, but I am considering a stealth grow in an area with little to know temperature control. With the onset of winter, my area can get pretty cold and dont know if the temps will get up to where they need to be . On the other end of that if I decided to go HID temps would be too hot in summer. Thanks for any help or thoughts you can offer!

Yeh, it all depends man...CFLs shouldn't run all that hot, but then again it depends what your set up is like. If you're running hot, make sure to have some sort of exhaust system in your grow box/room.

It's going to depend on how much heat your lights put out(wattage), how many lights you have, how big your cab is, the type of ventilation, and the temp of the room your cab is in. You can usually keep your temps warm enough with lack of ventilation but you still need enough to have fresh air for your plants
