CFL Overkill? Yay or Nay

about 2 inches away and you cant over do it on cfls

Just dont get over the 42 watters (i think)

Sounds good, but check out my thread.
I had a total of 305w, and just pulled a hair over 10 oz. wet weight.

I saw a good formula (that I have tried and worked almost to the gram)... take your wet weight, cut it in half, take the remainder, cut it in half and you end up with your total.. 10 oz wet = 5 = 2.5 oz dried.

1/3 of wet always what I end up with.

yup 150 w hps does work compared to 150 watts of cfl.

And they make a great back up light if you get bigger and one of your 1000 watters blow.

Great little light you can throw in there to keep the light schedule on lock.

you my friend just made the most difficult equation to find 25%, 1/4.....
