CFL or T5 for tent

I want to upgrade the light in my tent and am trying to decide between a 2ft t5 floro or a 125W cfl bulb with a wing. The light is used for my cloning section of the tent. Which on the following to systems would provide me with the coolest running temps? I've never personally used either one of these systems before and was hoping someone here had a opinion on one or the other. The cfl is a 125W, and the floro is two 45w T5's. Thanks for reading this. Peace

I would say for clones do the T5s but you can go with either setup. I have 2 100 watt equivalent cfls on my clone and it's doing great.

Thank you to everyone who responded, looks like t5's are the favored lights. I'm currently running CFL's in my cloning chamber so I totally agree that either kind of bulb would be good. But I think the boxy look of the T5's would fit in the chamber better. Again thanks everyone

I designed this myself and for parts, I raided my local Habitat for Humanity building supply store (props! They're cheap and loaded with stuff that can be repurposed for growing!).

This would be way too strong for cloning, but it was hands down the best light ever for rooted clones until they got over a foot tall:
