CFL lighting closet first grow

Hi i have 4 plants about 2-3 weeks old and they have just been sitting on my window and outside when its sunny ive just ordered 2 CFL lights 5500k, 80watt. Ive got foil for reflectors and my wardrobe is about 2 metres long, 1 width. Should i add my fan to and maybe a heater if i need too? And is that enough watt to grow 4 plants (Maybe only 0, 1, 2, 3 cause they havent shown sex) Any advice even if its not on topic would help thanks

Is that actual wattage? I would say 100watts per square foot min actual with cfls would be best. The pkg often says "60watt equivalent" but is only 23watts actual...

Pretty sure it said 250w equivalent thats the part that confuses me. do i look for the watt or equivalent watts?

Ok, cool it's the actual that matters. I think the 2 80w would be a good main light, maybe get a few 23w side lights to supplement? I think what you have would be ok for 2 plants, but 3-4 would need more to be worth the work IMO. I used 2 diy 4bulb fixtures with the 23w bulbs on 1 plant and got 40g (should have been 60) in a closet, so it can be done easily. Here's a snap of the single 4 bulb fixture I started with ( I used a $1 store turkey tray for a reflector )
