CFL light setup?

Would this be a good light setup for a speaker grow box that is 19.5"x31"x12" . Heres what I was thinking 2 LED accent lights 7237k, and 4 GE energy smart dalight CFL's rated at 6500k for the veg state and then run 6 GE CFL's 2700k for flowering.
