Intro - Please read
First attempt at using cfl's so i will only be doing 1 plant to start and hoping it will be a female i get the seeds may 20 and will start germinating them that day..i will also post pics of setup and pics of the plant during the grow..i am on here because i would like help from the people that check this out..i will be using sea soil..i have 2 lights i bought today they are 40 watt cfl 2700 and will be needing 2 more lights not sure if i should get some 6500 or 2 more 2700 because i am only going to veg for a week or two then go to 12/12..reason for this is to test how strong the smell is..that is why i picked this strain as you can see below it says "This legendary cannabis strain doesn't have much of a stink" if all goes well i may add a couple plants next grow.

Chemo

10 seeds non-feminized
Jordan of the Islands Chemo is a short squat dark green marijuana plant. This legendary cannabis strain doesnt have much of a stink, which is great for people who have problems hiding marijuana smells. Chemo is a powerful pain reliever, couch-locking, sedate, basically it is one of the strongest marijuana strains available. Our marijuana seeds are moderately to above average yielding and have the fastest flowering time. Chemo finishes flowering in 49 - 55 days. Another advantage for medicinal marijuana growers.

or might change to LowRyder

The classic Ruderalis based strain that is taking over the European market. Great White North Seed Company is known for amazing outdoor strains with hearty characteristics and reliable finishing times.

The LowRyder is sure to please anyone who is looking for the true Autoflowering genetics.

2-3 ft - finishes in approx. 80 days from seed.

non-feminized - ten seeds per pack

Price: $50.00

Manufacturer: Great White North Seed Co.

what do u guys think

**update planted germinated seed today 9:15 am on May 23rd more updates to come!! currently under 2 40 watt cfl 2700k

Get some T5's and stop wasting time with CFL's imho. The T5's are much more efficiently designed for intensity, which is already a serious problem with fluorescents. The coiled design of the CFL's means lots of lost lumens. You will get better results from equal wattage of T5's than CFL's, and generally less heat build up.

Im growing 1 myself right now. started mine about the same time. I have about 8+ strains going right now but Chemo I had to get to try as that brings back memories. UBC Chemo was the bomb back in the day.

I guess it's been a month, huh? If I were you I'd top it just above the 2nd true node (you can clone the top!), tie the two branches at that node down horizontally, and put it back in veg for about 2 weeks, topping the new heads for up to 16 heads and a flat, perfect canopy (important for CFLs, and any indoor grow really).

Beautiful plants though! Check out "Main-Lining" if you need more info. Subbed up.
