jhod, i cant say if it helps or not because i never used one. i always just kept the mouth of the containers open. i know it worked cause i tested the co2 in the air and it was up there, like 1200ish a day later.

it may help to slow release it. i was just commenting that its not NEEDED. it may help though.

thanks bro i'm looking for the input one of my good friends was the one who told me to try it he has a co2 system he told me about the homemade stuff to try says it will help i'm just worried my box will exchange the air to quik maybe i should turn the exhaust off so it can sit in there afew

so i'm trying that home made co2 since i have everything here i took a 2liter bottle drilled a hole in the top pushed some clear vinyl tube tru it very snug put a 1/4 barb tee in the top then cut 2 pcs of tube 2" long and added some low gal. drip nozzle thinking that might slow the co2 output & i turn my fans off for about 1 hr so the plants can obsorb it we will see if i notice any change

put 16 OG/UK cheese clones in 16oz cups tonight had hella roots forming still have over 25 more and about 15 GDP's

I'd say I could take some off your hands, but I think I got enough going on with my grow right now...lol...clones of my own going into party cups tomorrow. Sorry to hear your garage gets too hot in the summer, I'm gonna try to push through if I can, even though I know there's gonna be days, if not weeks where my grow tops 100 degrees...lol...They're just gonna have to sweat it out, but you never know, might have too much to deal with outdoors to be vigilant enough to keep the indoor in tip top shape!

i might try to push a grow tru my garage to if anything and it gets too hott i can put them outside have way too many plants myself

Yeah, thats what I figure too, if it gets too hot inside, i'll go outside...But I mean, I live in SoCal, and it gets 100+ for weeks on end here in the summer, and the plants just take it and say "Please sir, can I have some more?" I'll just pop an extra fan in each cab to get extra air circulation and if push comes to shove, outside they go! Whatcha running in the greenhouse/outside? I have like 8-10 strains I'm working with right now...well, in newborn seedling form currently, but soon they shall be magnificent!

have alot going on have the headband, sour diesil, grape jelly, jilli bean, bluedream, jack herer, platinum bubba kush, sour grapes, green crack,og kush & og kush/uk cheese actually plan on getting rid of a few strains grape jelly, sour grapes, sour diesil love them but i've cloned them about 3 times now
