CFL First time grow!

I used some PVC pipes to build a box which i lined in mylar and covered with a tarp during the night. I am using 16 27w bulbs each positioned as close too the plants as i could. I have a small fan on the bottom of the "tent" but I am worried that am not getting enough air flow. The dimensions of the box are 5'x3'x20". All of the bulbs as of tomorrow will be 2700k and emit soft light, but I wonder if i should combine those with some daylight bulbs. Both plants are Romba strain and i planted them from clones i got from a friend. Im posting this late due to the fact of just discovering this forum recently, and currently ive had the plants on 18/6 with the same amount of daylight bulbs for the last 7 weeks.

I have a few questions for the community, first which nutrients have provided the most success for you guys? Also how can i ensure that there is enough air flow through the tent? Any other comments/criticisms will be much appreciated, thanks!
