CFL Cabinet Grow.

Day 5 for this beauty.

A little droopy from the transplant but otherwise looks great.
Had troubles with one Of the bagseeds it broke soil but quickly withered away...
Other one shows no signs of sprout. I may stick with this one plant
Or might germ a few more. Let me know what y'all think. Thanks! Happy smokin'

Noone likes my plant

Is dry. How often should I water my plant?

If you have plenty of bagseed then no harm in germing a few more. Some plants will be more suited to your growing conditions than others, so if you germ a lot of them and let them grow you'll be able to select the healthiest looking plants later with reasonable confidence that they'll keep growing well for you. Also unless you're using feminized seeds there's a 50/50 chance your plant is male and you'll have to rip it out, so having a few plants growing when you go to flowering will help to ensure that you'll have a female or two to raise to maturity.

As for watering, it depends on how well your soil drains and the relative humidity in the room, but probably every 3 days or when the top layer of soil has dried out.

BTW people will throw more likes at you when the plants get bigger. Like babies, seedlings all kinda look the same

What soil?
What nutrients do you plan on using?

And to answer a few questions that you have, no only 2 26 watt CFL's will not be good enough to sustain this plant. It will be enough in the beginning, and I guess it all depends on how long until you flower it.
I suggest getting 4 CFL's, which is the same amount I have, and the same wattage (26 watt). Also remember that patience is key you do not want to rush things, you still have a long way to go ahead of you.
If you want to look at a different grow, then you should check out my plant (https://www.rollitup.org/cfl-growing/476282-my-cfl-grow.html). I have a box that is at least a third of your cabinet, and my plant is doing just fine. Your cabinet is giant, if you know what your doing, you can have a marvelous marijuana plant in there.

Thanks! As far as Nutes go I'm going to check out this Hydro shop down the street and look around. I've heard fox farm is great. With my first grow I used MG ready to pour premixed nutes. It seemed to work very well! I've heard bad things about MG so I will go to the shop and see what they've got to offer.

Got some nutes.

General rule for watering soil is (I think) soak it, then leave it for a couple of days at least. Put the pots on a tray to catch excess and water slowly from the top until you see some water coming out of the bottom of the pot. With all the soil soaked you can let the top inch or two dry out and the plant will still be able to draw some water from the damp soil at the bottom. You want the roots to grow downwards inside the pot, but if you water too lightly and too often then only the top layer will become soaked while the soil at the bottom of the pot remains fairly dry. The roots won't fill the pot properly. If you soak all the soil in the pot then let the top layer dry the roots will grow downwards to seek out the moisture that remains towards the bottom of the pot, and as the uppermost roots will be in quite dry soil most of the time you won't drown the plant.

Yeah I use all Fox Farm's products. They work fantastic together!
As for watering, just go with the plant. It is kind of hard to get the hang of, but you will soon realize that you can tell what the plants wants by looking at it.
I water my plant every 2 days. Each time I water her with 2 cups of water. Every other watering time, I feed her blooming nutrients. My nute schedule is 1cc per cup, which should be fine for a lot of cannabis plants.
After I water my plant, the next day the soil is still pretty moist, and I do not water again until the soil is dry, but her leaves are not drooping at all. (which is why I water every 2 days)

For vegatative nutrients, you want the N (Nitrogen) to be higher than the P (phosphourous) and the K (pottasium). You also want P to be the same as K. For example, my nutrients have an NPK of 6-4-4.

For blooming nutrients, you want the N to be lower than the P and the K, but the P higher than the K. My nutrients haven an NPK of 2-8-4.

You also want to make sure that both fertilizers have all of the micro nutrients too ([FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Calcium, Magnesium, Sulfur, Manganese, Boron, Zinc, and Copper)

So the nutes I got are no good then. It is 5-0-1
I did get an awesome feeding guide from fox farm.

Those nutrients will probably give your plants a phosphorous deficiency if you solely use that as your nutrient.
You could make them work if you added some sort of phosphorous additive, such as manure or bone meal.
Also maybe add something that is rich in potassium too, like kelp, because that soil has relatively low potassium.

My leaves are kind of wilting... What's going on?

Search through the 'plant problems' forum and look up 'eagle clawing' - when the leaves roll up and look like bird claws. I believe there are a few potential causes but the most common (as far as I know) is a build-up of salts, where the plant wants to draw in more water for transpiration but is drawing in more disolved salts than it can handle in the process. The plant responds by rolling it's leaves up to reduce leaf surface area exposed to light and thus reduce water demand. If you have recently started adding nutrients to water, back off on the nutes. If you have recently added new lights, pull them away from the plant a little to reduce the plant's demand for water. Check temperatures and pH. Maybe try misting the plant with pure water (distilled or filtered by reverse osmosis) to rinse off any salty deposits on the leaves (Is that some white residue on the leaves in the picture?)

Started LST today. Plant recovered from heat stress beautifally.

Temps range from 78 at night to 80 in the day. I have a radiator near the cabinet that turns on and off
At random times. I was told by others this looks like Big Bud. I was told by my caregiver that it was Jack Herer bit
