Powering LEDs with a wall wart is not a good idea. You should use a CONSTANT CURRENT driver. They are cheap and all over Ebay.

powering cheap leds with cheap wall warts though not a good Idea, is cost effective in veg. I know what constant current drivers are and I also know how to monitor current/efficiency in wall wart using a multimeter... Thank you for your concern
 
Another week down and another fixture built...

Ill have to put another cob on that other heat sink, I fried the last one and had to scrape it off....
These leds and Miracle grow are workin wonders!
