CFL and bluelights

Whats better a 50w plant light (its a regular bulb) or a 26 watt cfl? Right now I have 3 lamps on my plant and I replaced one of the three cfl's with the plant light but I wanted to make sure that was the best thing. What do you guys think?

If you're gonna go with low-wattage lights, go CFL all the way, those grow lights are just incandescent bulbs with filters. You'll get better and more intense light with cfls and reflectors.
