CFL 1st Time Grower. Just started 5th week of flower. Any Suggestions?

I have attached a bunch of pics I just took of my plant. I started with 4 but three turned out to be male.

I am using all CFL lights with almost all the lights Warm White so a red spectrum. I am just beginning the 5th week of flowering and cannot get the nutrients right it seems. I am using a scott's potting soil / perlite mix for the soil and I have been using Miracle Gro Bloom Booster which is 15-30-15 nutrient mix. I have been using about 1/2 tablespoon per gallon and watering about 1/2 gallon every 3 days or so, whenever she needs water.

The plant recently start to have a few larger shade leaves at the top of the colas start to wrap up and curl down at the ends. There are also a couple of pics of leaves that have issues as well. Once has black tips and there are a few yellowing shade leaves on the lower flowers.

I tested the PH today and it is at 7.0 so I think I am good there. Watered it with store bought fresh water yesterday.

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Thanks guys. I was hoping I would get at least two females as they were all from bag seed but no such luck. At least I have one though!

Any ideas regarding the issues I have with some of the leaves? Seems like there might be a few difficiencies but it really overall looks good so I am thinking about just leaving it alone since I only have a few more weeks.

Bring down your pH to 6.5.

She wants more P and S, those red stems are the first indication.

Use nutrients high in P and pH down to about 5-6 to adjust for your pH of 7 (soil, I presume). I use battery acid as a pH down to supplement with sulfur, which is another nutrient she wants right now.

Yes I am growing in soil. I was thinking that PH might be a bit high so I will adjust that and make sure it is down on the next watering cycle. I will keep my eye out for a new flower food as well but I was trying to keep costs down. Any suggestions of good flowering food that is readliy available?

One other thing to add the plant as of recent has developed a bit of a musty odor. No mold or anything visible but doesn't smell like I would expect it to right now.

Since your using cfl's.... id go at least 10 weeks.... dont get too impatient....
I know that most new growers first mistake is usually chopping early....
and harvest is half the battle..considering proper curing methods.....

I would get some molasses if u have not....
And even some chaching from fox farm... seeing as your goin to week 6 soon.....

I was using a molasses during the third week and I was using about 1/2 tablespoon per gallon and the plant responded terribly to it. Hours after giving it the water with molasses the plant started to droop and react badly. Not sure if I added too much or what but I haven't gone back down that road yet.

I am definitely going to be patient and wait for the time to harvest. I used some white distilled vinegar and lowered the PH of my tap water down to about 6 and watered the plant today and it seems to be reacting well to that so far. Did some low stress training as well. I will post some pics later this evening to show the update.

What is the Fox Farm caching all about?

You can google it in seconds..

Googled and went and bought Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom and Cha Ching today. I also bought some Blackjack Humic Acid that is supposed to level off the PH and bring it down slowly. There was 4-5 big shade leaves that turned bright yellow over night and I went and bought the nutrients this morning and I gave her water and I can already see the green color coming back to the plant. YES!!!

I am definitely going to run the entire cycle with quality nutrients the next time through, F the Miracle Gro!

Here are some updated photos I took today.

A bunch of the larger shade leaves ended up really withering up and looking terrible so I trimmed all of that off and she is looking much better. I have been keeping on the nutrient cycle given on Fox Farms website and there does still seem to be a slight deficiency but I am hoping it will work itself out in time.

I definitely don't like the Miracle Gro, I know some people on the thread have used it an it worked but not over here.

I am just starting into the 8th week of flowering. I flushed the plant yesterday and plan on giving it straight water until harvest which I am expecting full maturity probably towards the end of the 9th week of flowering.

The 4th pic in the series is actually a bud growing out the side of the plant towards the bottom. I did some low stress training and supercropping early in the Veg phase it is paying dividens right now!

Any suggestions based on the pics would be helpful but I think I have a good plan in order.
