Central Oregon irrigation

I know this is a bit out there but is there anyone in central Oregon willing and able to help dial in my irrigation?

What exactly are you working with? We can be pretty helpful with knowledge on here, may get you dialed in easier than you think.

I’ve got 11 floraflex bubblers running off a 1hp leader pump to 80+flora flex matrix setups without the wicking pads. I’m not getting the even distribution I was expecting. Should I set up zones so I get more pressure?

Does your irrigation line loop? Mine forms large circles for each row to ensure the same pressure from first to last site. This is 1 of 8 rows for me, and this system works perfectly. I grow 3 plants (7 gallon trees) per 4x10 row, one for each manifold.

Dammit I should not have clicked on this thread because it made two things happen. First it made me decided I need to set up irrigation in my closet — something simple like a pump in a 5 gallon bucket and some microsprayers. I’ve got carpal tunnel really bad and dumping that gallon jug into my pots one handed hurts like hell.

The second thing that happened was reading the OP’s handle, and now Colonel Forbin’s Ascent is stuck in my head bad. Speaking of which did anyone catch the MSG show last night? Holy fuck. A tree of knowledge in your soul will grow, and the help from RIU will plant the seed, but my carpal tunnel syndrome hurts like holy fucking hell and I’ve gotta find a better way to water my weeeeeeed.

It’s not looped. That’s a game changer. Thanks.

My internet is awful so I’m unable to stream shows. It’s very annoying.

The loop is the way to go. Especially if you can feed it from both sides of the loop. This helps equalize the pressure. So putting the reservoir in the middle and feeding the loop in two places 180 degrees opposite each other will make it as good as possible.
