Central Florida attic grow. Nirvana jock horror auto flower

I gave it some rooting hormones and it stopped growing for a week or so. It autoflowered like it should've it just wasn't as big as it should've been because i added the hormone. I thought it would improve root growth

So my second Jock went into flower fully finally. The first one is coming along nicely

Those leaves appear to be showing nitrogen toxicity. If flowering is slowed or stunted it is definitely caused by excessive nitrogen (nitrates specifically IIRC).

I was wondering what was causing the weird colors. I was giving them nitrogen still because one plant wasn't flowering yet

I'm so glad you pointed this out to me southern grower. I had no idea what was going on. Should I just refill Rez with my bloom nutes. I was using dyna grow grow which has a lot of nitrogen in it so I'm thinking that's the issue.

Just reduce the nutrient concentration. The new leaves will stop bending down at the tips (clawing). The older leaves stay bent. Sometimes plants claw because they are sensitive to environmental conditions or they are light feeders as well. Dont refill your res, they already have what they need. Just add plain phed water to reduce the solutions concentration.

I topped it off with phd water. I'll continue to do that for a couple days and then I will resume with bloom nutes only. I really appreciate the advice and info. Also it's good to know the nomenclature for issues like "clawing". Thanks again

I had the claw at one point, topped off with plain pH water and a few days later claw went away.

I have an OG Kush pheno clawing right now too. Mine appears to be caused by excess Nitrogen and some over watering. I maintain a moderately high VPD out of necessity as well. That can cause nutrient issues especially right at the start of flowering if the feedings are too heavy.

Can anybody help me figure out the problem here? The leaf tips are curling up and turning brown.

I am not qualified to give you a definitive answer, but you did just have a nitrogen toxicity problem, maybe its related to that or possibly another nutrient toxicity as well that was happening at the same time.

I built a new light array and installed it yesterday. 4 90cri 3000k clu048 1818's driven with 2 meanwell hlg 185's at about 90 watts per cob. I moved the other array into my veg tent as well

Day 96: the plant on the left is about a month ahead of the one on the right I think. They have really exploded since I installed the new lights. The last pic is from the plant on the right
