all it takes these days to buy from CC is confirmation of diagnosis in most cases...

The document you get for a CC is not really a "doctor signed medical document", but rather a "document signed CC document". It was made by the CCs and is just used to cover their ass when the police come looking to make sure they're not selling recreationally or in any other capacity to non-patients. Same reason they keep your photo ID on file - it's to save their ass so they can continue to offer a great service to other patients.
You've never really understood what is and isn't legal though, so I doubt I'll be able to start educating you now.
Well all the legit ones accept your signed medical documents from your signing doc and don't need any other doctor signed forms just a terms of sevice agreement signed only by you. You educating me? Lol you're a rec user. If you were a legit medical patient Youd have your signed medical document. But you already know that.

Gmack420, all you need is confirmation of diagnosis for a CC but if want completely legal, you need your Doc to sign the papers.
if odd is a rec user going through a CC, that's a bit of a pain the the butt when BM doesn't ask for anything except $$.
if you have the signed Doc papers, no CC will turn you down. i have shown my ATP and had no problems signing up
