Cause for concern?

I'm getting some browning/dark coloration on the tips of caylxes on a small jack herer auto that I'm growing for fun outdoors in soil in a container. Does this look like disease or bud rot? I'm not exactly worried about it either way, just curious for my future knowledge

I can’t get 3rd pic to load but first two look ok IMO but worthy of keeping an eye on

Looks like it is starting to reveg to me. But could be genetics. Looks good to me all the same.

Thanks all, I only ever figured I'd get a joint off this little one so I'm not too heartbroken at least. So that I know in the future, would stress have caused it to reveg? Not enough light? I went out of town for about a week at the end of August so it went without water for ~5 days, and I'm wondering if that had something to do with it
