2oth wk Auto. 2nd grow.
It has just been taunting me with foxtails and spindly unfilled trichomes in lots of spots.

The light sf1000 at 11-12". I dimmed tp just above 60% yesterday. Dropped 100ppfd basically.
Temps are 75-78. rh 50.

18/6 light cylce right now. Just lowered it to 14/10, hasn't cycled that yet though.
Maybe dim the light? Idk
What do you think?

1 shortening the light cycle isn't the answer.

2 instead of dimming the light raise the light higher.

3 increase temps to 81-85 for led grows.

I have a new tent for the next grow. I have the cables up over the bar in this one, I'm out of vertical space.

On the temps being higher. I could easily raise them, but am I worried about my rh going over 50? I would need 60rh to match a vpd chart at higher temps.
Is 60rh ok in late flower? I always see people saying the less the better, as in 40-50 tops late flower.

My RH stays under 50 at 85 degrees. Get a dry towel in there daily to combat it if you don't have a dehumidifier.

I mean vpd chart says that I would have to have a 5 degree leaf temp diff to run that. How are you getting that difference. My leaf temps are always air temp with my light. I even tried it really close once to see if it raised them.
Here is what I'm looking at.

Fwiw 50% rh is the absolute lowest I can hope to reach and it's a novelty, humidity around here is a cunt.

55/62% is nearer the normal and i've not seen botrytis in years now.
