Caterpillars?

I looked, they aren't anywhere else, not even on the plants we are growing. Looked again today and found another. Any idea why caterpillars are seeking out this one pipe of ours??

Not really, but id clean it forshizzel. And its probably time to start spraying the montery garden insect spray. Those bud worms are coming.
