Really though my gf ordered a gift for me on v-day and it just never arrived no customs no letter just nothing. Since I never get a guarantee on anything I didn't expect a refund or reship.
I did write just to ask if they had the ability to see where the package went and was quickly replied to that if i confirmed the ship addy they would resend. Now less then 2 weeks later and having sat on the pick up notice from the post office for 2 days ....
Order received Thanks castle so far you and the breeders boutique guys have both hooked me up even though I didn't pay a guarantee or even ask for a reship so kudos for customer service.
