Carson Microbrite Users

I bought this because many exclaimed about its cheap ability to check trichomes, but I tried using mine last night and this thing is clunky AF and it removed a few pistils. Not sure how to use this thing without disturbing the pistils and triches. Anyone got any tips for me? I did get to see trichomes but not before disturbing the bud.

I use something similar to their mm-200 and you just put it point blank against the bud and focus. 1 hair ain't gonna hurt nothing .

I gave this thing another go last night and it seemed to work a lot better when I used one hand to hold the bud steady.

I bought one of those years ago. I hate it. These work just fine.
