Carbon filter choice

Hey guys so im coming upon the finish of all my setups for my growing areas and there are only 2 things left to buy. 1 wont be neccesary but I figure I would get a question asked about it anyway.

First and most important is carbon filter/exhaust for my bigger tent this tent will be for flowering and is 4ft wide 2 ft deep and 5 ft tall. Its not a matter of I need to know what kind of filter/exhaust I need but more a matter of wonder what is going to be a good working one for this setup at a decent price. The biggest thing for this is getting odour under control so what do you guys believe to be the best one out there that is in a reasonable price range?

Second question was about cool tube for a 400 watt setup. I have purchased a light a while back before I knew about cool tube setups and was wondering is there a place to get just the reflecter/cooltube without the entire light setup? I searched many places and even did a general google search and everything I get linked to is a complete setup with light and ballast as well which I dont need.
