carbon filter and pollen

Easy to collect. Filter will stop it from traveling elsewhere. But so long as a fan isn't blowing on the male, or rather as long as there is very low air movement should be easy. Envelopes work great. Stored in a plastic bag in the freezer. Good for at least couple years.

carbon filter wont stop pollen. i speak from exp.

use still air conditions for your males. since your goal is lots of pollen a stressful environment can help with that. (other option is some kind of hepa filtration)

I would turn off anything pushing air. You dont want it on your clothes either. The less it spreads around the easier it is to clean up after without contamination.
