I am doing car repair. As a child, my father and I renovated an old Pontiac. Then we used manuals to understand the principle of the mechanisms in the car. Now these manuals can be found on the Internet. Once the ability to use manuals saved me from a long wait for help. On the way, my Lexus ES car broke down, which I have never repaired. The nearest service station was more than 100 miles away. Having found manuals on the Internet, I quickly understood the cause of the breakdown and started repairing. An hour later I was driving again.

Depends on the dealership, but almost everyone I've worked for has employees driving used cars home when they feel like it. If its a nice car it hasn't been sitting the entire 6 months. Employees tend to drive the nicer cars more than the econoboxes but they're supposed to rotate them to ensure cars don't sit around for too long. The only thing that can get hurt from sitting around for a few months is the battery but any good dealer should be checking and charging the batteries periodically.
And the breaks go bad too rotor get all screwed up from sitting i work for a used car dealership in Naperville Illinois we drive all our cars every week
