Cap AIR-2 question

Does anyone know if the cap air-2 independent temp & humidity controller is plug and play, or does it need to be hard wired?

I got how to hook up the fan/dehumidifier, I couldn't figure out if you just plug the unit in, or hard wire it. That answered my question. I'll puff one for ya tonight, thanks again.
