cant seem to find 70w HPS?

iIhave researched and researched all over the web for a 70w HPS light fixture.


The reflector,ballast, bulb, EVERYTHING.

Does anyone know where to find one online??:confused:

Well the first one (enclosed in the case) there is a number of ways. I took the easy way and took some wire and wrapped it around the light and then used that to hang it. You could also drill some eye bolts in the sides or top and use those to hang it making sure not to short the ballast inside of course.

The second light is pretty self explanatory...

I just used a computer power cable. Cut the end off, connect the three wires and then you have a nice heavy gauge grounded cable.

oh okay thanks, and wont there be 3 diff. wires w/ 3 different colors and you just wire them together??
sounds like asking for a fire

you just made that so easy for me, im going to go ahead and order that within the next few days.
that ballast looks .. old though? like its an old timey kindof ballast.

but anyways thanks passw0rd, do you have any idea of the heat that those give off?

I have been looking at getting one of their 400 watters but for the price you can't beat e-conolight. A 20 dollar 150 watt hps that can easily be made into a cool tube though it does require a little diy it is by no means rocket science.

On that e-conolight, does making a cool tube out of that glass involve cutting the closed end of the glass jar off? I'm assuming that glass is closed on one end--it looks to be. Is there an easy way to do that?
