What nutrients and doses are being taken in? What's the medium?

I have found that when asking for any help, my responses are much more helpful when I give as many details as possible opposed to not many responses at all when I am vague and no one knows the details of my grow to be able to diagnose any issues.

With that said... I have NO clue but, someone will here! So long as you are able to give details details details.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at your leaves and see the squiggly lines on them and say you've got "Leafminers" bro!

To be honest I only know a fair bit about pests because I'm addicted to knowing what's what.

Ideally something systemic will work.

SPINOSAD will work on Leafminers.

Neem will work.

You could also remove the effected leaves.

Leafminers are larvae of some pests that tunnel through leaves.

To be honest the damage from them is pretty minimal compared to some other pests you could come into contact with.

Having a good IPM strategy helps too. (Intergrated Pest Management)

MONTERAY garden insect spray.

Conserve NATURALYTE spray.

Are 2 SPINOSAD products that I've used.

I pay around $18 for a quart with about the same in shipping tax to get it to the UK.
